At Guitarspace we understand that unexpected obstacles drop in our laps from time to time and therefore we give our customers ample leeway to pickup and pay for their instruments and repairs. However we are a small organization and often our existence relies our customers promptly paying for the work we have done for them. If a customer doesn’t pick up or pay for their instruments or other repair items, within 3 months of being notified of it’s completion, we reserve the right to sell or keep the item to cover the expenses. This has never happened, and you’ll find that we are happy to work with you to avoid this situation.
